I hear by dub this the best Caramel Corn ever. John asked me to make it for him after he ran his Marathon. He didn't have to twist my arm.
Caramel Corn
1 cube butter
1 cup Karo syrup
1 lb. brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of popcorn kernels, popped
Melt butter over medium heat. Add the Karo syrup and brown sugar. Stir until it comes to a simmer and then add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before dumping on the popcorn.
MMMMMMM.....so good! And perfect for a rainy day!
